What's the minimum ad spend you work with?
$15k/month in media spend is our floor. Below that, the management fee eats too much of your return — you're better off running it yourself with a good consultant. Above $15k, our process consistently lowers cost per booked call quarter over quarter.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You always do. We work inside your Google and Meta Ads Managers — never in our agency MCC. If you ever leave us, you keep every campaign, every audience, every creative asset.
Do you produce the ad creative?
Yes. Copy, motion, static and UGC scripts — 12+ net-new variants per channel per month. If you have an in-house creative team, we'll happily collaborate with them too.
How do you report on results?
A live dashboard with channel-level cost per booked call, plus a weekly summary email. Monthly we run a closed-loop P&L review tying spend to your CRM's booked-call revenue — the only number that matters.
Do you require long contracts?
